What is BuyerRooms?
BuyerRooms gives you one private, branded web page (a "room") for each prospect. A room holds your videos, PDFs (including decks saved as PDF), images, and links, plus a short note to your buyer. Every room also has a two-way Files area: you share files with the prospect, and they can upload files back to you.
You send the prospect one link (https://buyerrooms.com/r/{room-slug}). BuyerRooms then shows you:
- When they engage: opens, return visits, and time spent.
- Who they shared it with: every visitor gives an email to get in, so people your contact forwards the link to show up as new visitors, named by email.
- What they care about most: time on each PDF page and video, how much of each video they watched, and which links they clicked.
You get an email at your work address when a prospect opens a room or uploads a file, plus a visit summary when they leave. Slack alerts are optional.
Who is BuyerRooms for?
Any sales team that sends content to prospects, such as account executives, sales engineers, founders who sell, and customer success teams.
How do I sign up?
- Go to
https://buyerrooms.com/signup, or click Sign up on the home page. - Enter your work email (for example, you@yourcompany.com) and click Continue, or click Continue with Google and pick your Google Workspace work account.
- If you used email, open the sign-in link BuyerRooms sends you (a "magic link"). There's no password to create.
- Confirm the company domain shown ("You're setting up BuyerRooms for @acme.com").
- You land on your dashboard (
https://buyerrooms.com/app) with a first-run checklist.
Signup is fully self-serve. There's no demo, sales call, or approval step.
How do I log in later?
Go to https://buyerrooms.com/login and use the same method: your work email (magic link) or Continue with Google.
Can I sign up with Microsoft 365?
No. Microsoft sign-in isn't available at launch. Use your work email (magic link) or Google.
Can I sign up with Gmail, Yahoo, or another personal email?
No. BuyerRooms users must sign up with a work (corporate) email. Personal addresses are rejected, including Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, Hotmail, iCloud, AOL, Proton, and other free or disposable email services. This applies to Google sign-in too: a personal Gmail account is rejected.
BuyerRooms uses your email domain to set up your team, and alerts go to that work email. If you see "Sorry, we can't accept personal addresses", sign up again with your company email.
(This rule applies only to BuyerRooms users. Your prospects can enter rooms with any email.)
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You don't need a card to sign up or to use the Free plan. A card is only requested at checkout, when you upgrade to Team.
What does it cost?
- Free: 1 user, up to 5 rooms, no time limit. It isn't a trial and it doesn't expire.
- Team: $199 per year, flat, per email domain. Unlimited users and rooms for everyone at your company domain.
Every feature is on both plans. Only the user and room limits differ. You move to Team when you create a 6th room or add a second user. See *06 Team and billing*.
What's on the first-run checklist?
- Create your first room: pick a prospect and write a short note. See *02 Building a room*.
- Add content: a PDF, video, image, or link.
- Set access: new rooms start with email entry. You can change it at any time. See *03 Access options*.
- Connect Slack (optional): email alerts are already on. See *05 Slack setup*.
- Invite teammates: this moves your domain to the Team plan ($199/year). See *06 Team and billing*.
What's the fastest way to see if BuyerRooms works for me?
Use it on a real deal. Pick one prospect you're talking to this week, build their room with one or two items, click Copy link, send it, and watch for the open alert.
Is there a sample room I can look at?
Yes: https://buyerrooms.com/r/sample. It uses email entry, so you see exactly what a buyer sees. There are no live demos or sales calls.
How do I get help?
Click the Help button (bottom-right) on any page of buyerrooms.com, the app, or the help docs at https://buyerrooms.com/help. The help assistant answers from these docs.

- If you reply to a BuyerRooms email, the reply goes to support@buyerrooms.com and gets an automatic answer from the help assistant. No person reads it.
- For billing tasks (update your card, download invoices, cancel), use Billing → Manage billing in the app. See *06 Team and billing*.
- Legal notices only: legal@buyerrooms.com.
